La-Bella Beauty Parlour

Our parlour is located inside the Daffodil Bloom Apartment on Hatiara Road. We are in flat F/F - 12. If you are familiar with the Deshbandhunagar area or Jyangra Bottola, we are right in that vicinity. It’s a residential building, so it feels a lot more private than a shop on the main road. I think that’s why some people like coming here. It’s quiet and away from all the honking cars. We do things like threading, hair cuts, and some basic skin stuff. I run it with a bit of help. We’ve decorated the place simply, just enough to make it feel welcoming. It’s not like those high-end places in the city. It’s just a room in an apartment where we do our work. We see a lot of women from the apartments nearby. They just walk over when they have some free time. We usually have the radio on in the background. It’s a nice way to spend the afternoon. Sometimes we have tea while we talk about what’s going on in the neighborhood. Kolkata is a big city, but our corner of Deshbandhunagar feels small and friendly. If you are looking for the apartment, it’s the one called Daffodil Bloom. Just come up to the first floor. We are usually here every day except for maybe some holidays. It’s a small business but it keeps us busy and we like the people who visit.
