Our place is over at Gobinda Barack in the Barasat headquarters area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main station, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve been operating out of here for a while, and the locals know where to find us. Barasat is a busy hub, but our specific corner feels a bit more like a community. We don’t have a big corporate office or a sales team. It’s just a few of us making sure the cooking gets done right and the deliveries are on time. The building itself is older, and it has that lived-in feel you only get with time. We usually start our days pretty early when the air is still a bit cool. There’s a lot of prep that goes into catering, and we don’t take shortcuts. It’s a lot of peeling, chopping, and stirring. We don’t use any polished marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people providing food for gatherings and parties. Sometimes the power goes out or the water runs low, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how it goes around here. We’ve built a decent reputation just by being consistent. If you need to find us, we’re usually around the Barack, probably busy with a large order for the weekend.
