We are located at 105 Durga Charan Doctor Road, right in the heart of Entally. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. There is always noise from the street, and people are constantly moving back and forth. Our workspace isn't very large, but we’ve organized it to fit everything we need for the catering jobs. We spend most of our time in the back where the actual work happens. Entally has a specific kind of energy, and we’ve become part of that fabric over the years. We don't put much stock in flashy signs or expensive decorations. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy with the stoves and the packing to get around to it. It’s a straightforward business. People from the neighborhood come in to talk about their family functions, and we figure out what they need. We’ve handled a lot of different events in this area. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something to clean or a list to check. We like being on this road. It’s convenient for getting supplies and moving our equipment out to the vans. We don't make big promises; we just show up and do the work we were hired for. It’s a modest living, and we’re okay with that.
