If you head down Bagmari Lane in Kolkata, you’ll find us at shop number six in block twenty-four. It’s a compact space, but it serves us well. Being part of the BRS 10 area means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses and neighbors. We’ve been working together here as brothers for quite some time. It isn’t always easy, and we have our fair share of arguments over how things should be done, but that’s just family. The shop is usually filled with the smell of spices and the clatter of large containers. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff; word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. It’s a busy neighborhood, and the lane can get pretty crowded with deliveries. We just stick to our routine. Early mornings are for the market, and the afternoons are for prep work. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve seen the area change, new buildings going up and old ones getting a fresh coat of paint. Our shop stays pretty much the same, though. We just focus on the orders we have for the week and try to stay organized. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. Just a local catering spot in a busy part of the city.
