Our place is at 5/A/1 Beliaghata Main Road, right across from the SBI branch. Having the bank right there is a big help because it makes it very easy to tell people where we are located. We provide catering for various events around Beliaghata and the nearby neighborhoods. This is a very hands-on job, so you will usually see us in our aprons, busy with the cooking or loading up the van for a delivery. We don’t go in for anything too decorative or flashy. We just try to provide decent food for people’s weddings, birthdays, or office lunches. The main road can be quite a nightmare with the traffic during the day, but we’ve learned how to time our errands and deliveries to avoid the worst of it. We handle all sorts of jobs, whether it is a small gathering at home or a bigger function at a community hall. There is always work to be done, from cleaning the heavy pots to figuring out the grocery list for the coming week. We don't have any marketing experts on staff; it’s just us taking calls and making sure the orders are correct. Most of the people who call us are our neighbors or people who have heard about us through a friend. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it keeps us connected to the local community.
