Kohinoor Caterers is located at 4 A, Dr Biresh Guha Street. If you know where the Park Circus No 4 Bridge is, we are right near that. It’s a hectic part of town near Park Street, so there is always something happening outside our door. We deal with food and events, mostly just helping out when families have a gathering. It is a simple setup we have here. We spend most of our mornings getting supplies from the market. The kitchen is where everything happens. We do not spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork because the cooking takes up the whole day. It is not a big corporate thing, just us working in this space at Dr Biresh Guha Street. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of containers to pack, but we manage. We have stayed in this location because it is easy for people in Park Street to find us. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. We just cook and take the food where it needs to go. If the stove is hot and the orders are moving, we are happy. That is how we have always run things. Just a local catering business trying to keep up with the daily rush around the No 4 Bridge area. We are just practical people making food and making sure the delivery happens.
