Kmc Hardware

You can find our shop at 36, Chandani Chowk, right by the 1St Gate. It is an old building. We have squeezed as much hardware as possible onto every single shelf we have. There are boxes of nails, hinges, and basic tools stacked all the way up to the ceiling. It can be a mess. Sometimes it takes us a few minutes to find exactly what a customer is looking for because the shop is just so packed with inventory. The street outside is always full of people, carts, and rickshaws. It is never a quiet place to work. We open the gate early in the morning, and the dust from the market starts settling on everything almost immediately. We have to wipe down the wooden counters a few times a day just to keep things decent. Most of the people who come in are regulars from the local neighborhood. They might just need a specific bolt or maybe a new hammer for a project. We do not have any fancy displays or bright lights. It is just shelves and drawers full of metal parts. The light inside is a bit dim. We know where every item is kept by heart, though. During the various festivals, the whole area gets even more crowded. We can barely see the street from our front door. It is a bit chaotic, but it has been our home for a long time. We like it here.
