Hindusthan Hardware Stores

Hindusthan Hardware Stores has been sitting at 112, Hazra Road for quite some time now. It’s just one of those shops you see when you’re walking down the street. We keep a lot of stuff on the shelves, mostly things people need for quick fixes or bigger projects they're working on. The place gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, but that’s expected with hardware. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local spot where people come in to grab a handful of nails or a specific tool they can't find elsewhere. Sometimes we have what you want immediately, and sometimes we have to go look for it in the back stacks. It’s a bit cramped in here with all the stock, but we know where most things are kept. Hazra Road is always noisy, so there’s always a bit of a buzz around the shop. We don't spend money on fancy displays. The windows are just full of whatever items came in last week. It’s a simple way of doing things. We open up in the morning, stay until the evening, and help whoever walks through the door. It’s been the same way for years. If you’ve lived in this neighborhood, you probably know our sign. We just keep at it, one day at a time, making sure the local builders and DIY folks have a place to go nearby for their supplies.
