It’s not a polished corporate store. It’s a place where you get dust on your hands. We open early and stay open until the work is done. It’s just the way it is in the hardware business. We don’t try to be anything we aren't. If we have what you need, we’ll get it for you. If not, we usually know who does. It’s just a local shop serving the neighborhood as best as we can every single day.
