We operate out of Block B over here in Doltala Nazrul Sarani, which is in the Ganganagar area. It’s a regular neighborhood, and being based in a residential block means we are right there with the families we often serve. We mostly handle local events, like small weddings or neighborhood get-togethers where people need someone to take over the cooking so they can actually enjoy themselves. It started out years ago just helping out friends, and it slowly grew into what it is today. We aren't a big corporation with uniforms and fancy trucks; we are just a local team that knows how to feed a crowd. The space we have in Block B is practical and it gets the job done, even if it feels a bit tight when we have a big order. We spend a lot of our time sorting through fresh vegetables and making sure our spices are just right. Ganganagar is a place where people talk to each other, so most of our work comes from word of mouth. We don't do much promotional stuff because we are usually too busy in the kitchen. It’s hard work, standing on your feet for ten hours at a time, but there is a certain satisfaction when you see the empty plates at the end of the night. We just keep things simple and try to do right by the people who live around here.
