Kings Industrial Caterers

We are over at Esplanade East, right in the K C Das building at 11A. It is a very busy spot near the Tipu Sultan Masjid, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We handle industrial catering, which basically means we spend our whole day making sure people working in big factories or offices get their meals on time. It is not the kind of work that gets you any awards, but it is important to the people who are hungry after a long shift. Our kitchen starts up very early when the city is still somewhat quiet, and we keep going until the last containers are sent out. The building itself has a lot of history, and being across from the masjid means we hear the calls to prayer throughout the day, which is just part of our routine now. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a slick website. It’s just us in the kitchen and at the desks making sure the numbers add up. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. Esplanade is the heart of the city, and being here feels like we are right in the middle of everything that matters. We just focus on the cooking and the cleaning and the logistics of getting food from our pots to their tables without any unnecessary drama.
