Khushi Food Delight

Khushi Food Delight is located at 1 B, Gour Dey Lane in the Bowbazar area. It’s a narrow lane, typical for this part of the city, and it has its own character. We operate out of a small space where we do all our cooking and prep. It’s not a fancy restaurant or a big office. It is a place where we work hard every day. Bowbazar is a busy place, and Gour Dey Lane can be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We like it that way, though. It keeps us focused on the work. We spend our time in the kitchen, mostly. There’s always something to be cleaned or something to be stirred. We don't have a big team of people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, getting things ready. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the pots and pans, but we have a system that works for us. We don’t go in for big advertisements or saying we are the best. We just do the job and let the food speak for itself. Most of our days are long, starting before the sun is up and finishing late into the evening. It’s a lot of physical labor, but that’s what catering is about. We’ve been at this Bowbazar address for a while and we plan on staying. It’s a simple, honest business run by real people. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
