You can find Kalyani Caterer over at 47/A, Ram Dulal Sarkar St. We are right near the Girish Park police station and Beadon Street. It’s an old part of the city, and the streets can be narrow, but we’ve gotten used to navigating them with our gear. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular door on a busy street. Inside, it’s mostly about the kitchen and storage. We spend a lot of time cleaning vegetables and getting the spices right. Being near Girish Park means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and we know the neighbors well. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of what we do comes from people just knowing we are here on Ram Dulal Sarkar Street. The work is mostly about timing. Making sure things are hot when they need to be and cold when they should be. It takes a lot of effort to coordinate, especially with the traffic around Beadon Street. We just do our best to stay on schedule. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of clanking of pots and pans going on. It’s a bit messy and loud, but that’s how a real kitchen works. We’re just local people doing a local job. We try to stay humble and keep working.
