We are Kaaliyaa Food And Catering Services Private Limited, and we operate out of Sahapur in Haldiapara. It’s actually at Rajib Ali Biswas’s place. It’s not a huge setup, but it works for what we need to do every day. Most of the time, we are just busy in the back getting things prepped. Haldiapara is a quiet enough area, though it gets a bit lively during the festival seasons. We’ve been doing this catering thing for a bit now. It is hard work, mostly standing on your feet all day and making sure the pots don’t boil over. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to answer phones in a fancy way. Usually, someone just wipes their hands on an apron and picks up the mobile if it rings. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the flour and spices everywhere, but that’s just how a real kitchen looks. We try to keep things simple. If someone needs food for a local event, they usually just drop by or send a message. We don’t go for those big flashy advertisements you see in the city. We’re just here in the neighborhood, doing our bit and trying to make sure the rice is cooked right. It’s a small team, mostly just family and a few neighbors helping out when it gets really busy. It’s a decent living, I suppose. Anyway, that’s us, just working away in Haldiapara and trying to keep things moving.
