We are located at P-4 Blackburn Lane on the third floor. If you know this part of Kolkata, you know it gets quite busy around here during the day. It’s an old building, but it works for what we do. We’ve got a small team here at JKS Estates. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over documents. We don't have a fancy reception desk or any of that. It’s mostly just us at our desks with some tea and some old files. People sometimes drop by to ask about local spots or property prices, and we tell them what we know. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day. It’s a simple setup. We’ve been in this lane for some time now. We don't really do much advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we were. We try to keep things quiet and just get our work done without making a big fuss. The view from the third floor is just the rooftops of the other buildings, but it’s alright. We like being in this part of town because everything is close by. If you’re walking down Blackburn Lane, you might see our small sign near the entrance. It’s not much, but it’s where we do our business every day.
