We are over in Patuli, specifically at H1/6 Baishnabghat. Jinnisshhh Kitchen Restro Bar is a bit of a local spot. We aren't one of those massive, cold restaurants you see in the malls. It’s a more personal setup here. Being in the Patuli area, we get a lot of people from the neighborhood. The kitchen is always the busiest part of the building. There’s the sound of pans and people shouting orders. We have the restro and bar side too, where things are a bit more relaxed. It’s not a perfectly polished place; there’s always a chair that needs fixing or a menu with a smudge. But that’s how we like it. We’re just a group of people who enjoy the food and drink business. Most of us have been working here for a while. It’s not a corporate chain, so things are a bit more laid back. We spend our evenings making sure the guests are alright and the kitchen isn't falling behind. The weekends get pretty loud, which is good for business but hard on the feet. We just try to keep the atmosphere friendly and the food coming out hot. It’s a simple goal for us. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep the kitchen running smoothly. There is always something to do in a place like this.
