Jhumpa Ladies Beauty Parlour

Our parlour is situated at 11/51 Nagendra Nath Road in Kolkata. We are quite easy to find since we are very close to the Town Hall, which everyone in this area knows. Jhumpa Ladies Beauty Parlour is a place meant just for women. It is not a very big space, but we have made it comfortable enough for someone to spend an hour getting their hair done or some skin work. The street outside can be quite loud with the traffic going towards the main parts of the city, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We have a few assistants who help with the threading and the hair coloring. Most of our regulars are women from the nearby apartments who have been coming to us for years. We do not do any of that fancy marketing or social media stuff. Word of mouth is how most people find us. Someone tells their neighbor about a good haircut they got here, and then the neighbor shows up a week later. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Sometimes we share a bit of tea with the customers if it is a slow afternoon. It is just a simple business run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We try to keep things clean and the prices fair so that anyone can come in without worrying too much about the cost.
