We are over at 37, Karaya Road, which is right near Circus Avenue. It is a lively part of the city with a lot of different things going on all the time. Our business is pretty straightforward. We provide food services and we’ve been at this address for a while. The kitchen is the heart of what we do. We don't have a big storefront with neon lights. It is more about the work happening inside. We get our supplies from the local markets and start the day early to make sure everything is fresh. The traffic around Circus Avenue can be a real headache, especially in the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We have a few people working here who have been with us since the start. We just try to keep the food tasting like it should. It is not about being fancy or using expensive words. It’s about making sure the salt is right and the spices are fresh. Sometimes we get really busy and the kitchen gets a bit chaotic, but that’s just the nature of the food business. We don't really do much marketing. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else or they live nearby. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We don't have any flashy signs. Just the name on the door and the smell of cooking coming out. It’s a humble spot but it’s ours and we work hard.
