We are situated right near Airport Gate No 2 in the Rajbari Colony area. It is a convenient spot for us because we can get around to different parts of the city quite easily from here. Being near the airport means there is always a lot of movement and noise around. Our catering business is mostly run from this location where we do all our planning and cooking. It is a local setup. We aren't some big company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people who know how to cook and serve for crowds. The mornings are usually the busiest time for us when the fresh supplies arrive. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what we buy from the market. The space is used for everything from chopping vegetables to packing up the serving dishes. Rajbari Colony is a nice enough place to work from. We have some regular clients from the neighborhood and some from further away. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting heavy pots and standing on your feet all day. We don't really do much in the way of fancy talk. We just show up, do the work, and hope people enjoy the meal we prepared for them. That’s about all there is to it for us. We try to keep the kitchen organized, even when we have three different orders going out at the same time. It gets hot in there, but we are used to it.
