Our office is up on the 9th floor of Om Tower, right on Chowringhee Road. It is a tall building at number 32, near the Midleton Row area. Being on the 9th floor gives us a decent view of the city, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. Haytrans India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our working hours handling logistics and transport stuff. It is a lot of paperwork and emails, honestly. We have a small team here in Kolkata. Most of us have been in the industry long enough to know how things work, especially with all the regulations. The elevator in Om Tower can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a nuisance when we are in a rush. We don't spend money on big advertising campaigns or fancy signs. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or because they have worked with us before. It is a straightforward setup. We come in, check the shipments, talk to the carriers, and try to make sure everything is moving along. The Midleton Row area is pretty central, so it is easy for people to find us. We are not trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the boxes and containers we manage get where they need to go. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes they do not, but we just deal with it as it comes. We just keep working.
