Handsome Gents Beauty Parlour

Handsome Gents Beauty Parlour is located at 51/88A in Harakali Colony, Kolkata. We are quite close to the Santan Sangha Club, which is how most people find our street. It is a typical neighborhood gents' parlour where men come for their weekly haircut or a quick shave. The area of 700074 is a residential part of Kolkata, so we know a lot of the people who live in the nearby houses. The shop is small and has that classic barber shop feel with large mirrors and a few revolving chairs. We have a TV in the corner that is usually on some news channel or a cricket match if one is playing. Men sit around and wait their turn while reading the newspaper or chatting with us. We don't do anything overly complicated, just standard cuts, shaves, and maybe a head massage if someone has the time. The floor is often covered in hair, and we have to sweep it up every hour. It is a simple business with no big corporate rules. We just open up, serve the local guys, and close when the day is done. Sometimes young boys come in with their fathers for their first haircut, and that is always nice to see. We have been here in Harakali Colony for years and the shop has become a bit of a local fixture. It’s just honest work for the people living around here and we try to keep it that way.
