Our office is over at 8, Lyons Range. We are up on the first floor of the building. It is a bit of an older place, much like most of the other buildings you find in this part of town. Guru Shipping & Clearing Pvt. Ltd. handles a lot of the standard clearing work and the daily logistics stuff people need for their goods. It can be a little dusty around here with all the old records and files we keep, but we know exactly where everything is. The street outside is usually pretty crowded with people and all sorts of vehicles. We have been in this same spot for a good amount of time now. Dealing with customs and all that shipping paperwork takes up the bulk of our day. It is mostly just routine work, checking forms over and over to make sure the numbers match up correctly. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It's just some desks and chairs and the constant sound of the printers going. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get right back to work. Working in clearing means you have to be very patient with the whole process. Not every single thing happens as fast as you might want it to. We just take it one file at a time and do our bit. It’s a simple operation here. There isn't much more to it than that.
