Gupta Caterers

We are located at 101/C Raja Dinendra Street, right near the Lalabagan Party Office in Manicktola. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get into the neighborhood. The kitchen stays busy from dawn until late in the evening. We do a lot of traditional cooking, the kind of stuff people expect at local celebrations. Raja Dinendra Street is always full of life, and we are part of that daily rhythm. In the back, we have our big cooking vessels and racks for all the plates and cutlery. It’s a noisy place with the clatter of pans and the sound of the exhaust fans. We don't really do much in the way of fancy plating or decorations. Our focus is on the taste and making sure there is enough for everyone to eat their fill. The staff has been with us for years, so we all know who is supposed to be doing what without having to say much. Sometimes we are out on the road delivering to different venues, and other times we are here prepping for the next day's work. It gets very sweaty in the kitchen during the humid months, but we’re used to it. We keep our ledgers in a small corner desk covered in flour dust. It’s a simple operation, run by people who just know how to cook for a crowd.
