Gourmet Cuisine

Gourmet Cuisine is located at 2, Elgin Lane. We are tucked away just behind Netaji Bhawan. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads nearby, which we quite like for our work. We have been working out of this lane for a while now. The building we are in is quite old but it serves our purpose perfectly. Most of the time, we are busy in the kitchen getting things ready for various gatherings and parties. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get the job done properly. Being behind Netaji Bhawan is a good landmark for people trying to find our entrance. We often have people dropping in to ask about our availability for their upcoming events. We don't do much in the way of polishing things up or making them look fancy. We just keep it real and focus on the cooking. The lane can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we always manage to get our delivery vans in and out. It’s a lot of work to keep a catering business going every day. We just focus on our own pots and pans and don't worry about others. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate stuff. We just cook and hope people enjoy the food. It’s a practical business for us. We buy what we need, cook it, and take it to the venue.
