We’ve been here at 33/1, N.S. Road for a while now, up on the 7th floor in room 708. It's a busy building with a lot going on. Goodluck Shipping Agency is basically just us handling the paperwork and making sure stuff gets where it needs to go on time. It gets pretty hectic some days, especially when the phones don't stop ringing and everyone is asking for updates at once. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most people who come by already know where we are, but the elevators can be a bit slow in the mornings, so give yourself some extra time. We deal with the usual shipping stuff. It's not fancy work, just the day-to-day grind of moving cargo and sorting out documents. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, and that's a bad day for everyone. We've got a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting the job done without too much fuss. N.S. Road is always crowded and loud, so we’re used to the noise outside. It’s a decent spot to work from though. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People find us through word of mouth or they’ve been working with us for years. We just try to stay organized. If you’re looking for room 708, just head straight to the back of the floor. We are usually there until the work is finished. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated about it. It's an honest living.
