We are Ghoshal Catterer and you can find us at 53/1, Chaulpatti Road. It is a bit of a tight spot on this road but it works for what we do every day. We have been handling food for people around here for a good amount of time now. The kitchen is always going from the early hours. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the prep work and chopping, but that is just how it is in this line of work. We don't really do much in the way of big decorations or fancy talk. We just focus on the food and getting it to the clients when they need it. Chaulpatti Road is a familiar place for us and we like being here. A lot of local people stop by to ask about dates for their weddings or family functions. We usually have a calendar hanging on the wall where we scribble everything down so we don't forget. It’s a bit messy to look at but we never miss a booking. Dealing with the local markets for fresh ingredients is a big part of the day for us. We are usually up before the sun to get things started. It isn't always easy work, especially when the weather is hot, but we get through it. The neighbors know us well by now and we know them. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one for the people who live nearby.
