Garage Kitchen Private Limited

We are located on the ground floor of Mahendra Tower over on Tollygunge Circular Road. The address is 43A. Garage Kitchen Private Limited isn't a massive operation. It's basically just a bunch of us who like making food. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we need. Most days it’s pretty loud in here with the ovens running and people talking over each other. We do a lot of prep work in the mornings. Chopping vegetables and getting things ready takes up most of the early hours. It gets hot in the summer, even with the fans going full blast. Tollygunge is a busy area, so there’s always noise coming from the street too. We’ve been at this for a while now. Some of the staff have been here since the start. We do not really have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and someone has to run to the market nearby to grab what we missed. It's a bit chaotic but we manage to get things done. If you walk past the tower, you can usually smell whatever we are cooking that day. It’s a real job with real people, nothing too polished about it. Just a kitchen in a building where we try to keep the floors clean and the food moving.
