Frontline Caterer

We’ve been at 7 Broad Street in Ballygunge for a long time now. It’s a busy spot, and we spend most of our mornings getting everything ready for the day's orders. Being a caterer means there’s always something to do, whether it's checking the supplies or making sure the kitchen is running right. People know us as Frontline Caterer around here. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the pots and pans and making sure the food smells right. Ballygunge is a good area, plenty of people coming and going all day. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several orders come in at once, but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We don't really have a big fancy office, just the workspace where the real work happens. It’s mostly about getting the food where it needs to go on time without any mistakes. The traffic on Broad Street can be a real pain, especially in the afternoons, so we have to plan our deliveries around that very carefully. It’s a straightforward business, really. We handle the cooking and the logistics from this small corner. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It's hard work, standing on your feet for hours, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork, mostly just focus on the food and the local customers who call us up for their parties.
