Friends Commerecial Service is based right at 11 Robert Street, which is very close to the Bowbazar Thana. Being near the police station makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been in this part of Bowbazar for a good long while. Our work involves a lot of different commercial tasks, mostly helping people with their various business needs. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and old filing cabinets. Robert Street is always full of activity, which we like. It feels like we are part of the local community here. We aren't trying to be some giant company; we just do our job and go home. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We deal with a lot of local clients who have been coming to us for years. It’s a practical setup. We don’t use any fancy talk or have big meetings. We just sit down, look at the paperwork, and get things sorted. Bowbazar is a unique place to work because of all the different shops around us. We’re just one of those small businesses that keeps the area moving. It’s a simple life at number 11, doing what we know how to do best. We are usually here until late in the evening getting everything ready for the next day. It is just the way we operate in this neighborhood.
