Friends Cargo Services

We are located on the first floor of 11 Robert Street. If you know the Bowbazar area, you know it’s a busy place with lots of history. Friends Cargo Services has been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s not a huge office, but it fits us just fine. We handle all kinds of cargo, mostly just making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. Robert Street can be a bit narrow, so getting things in and out takes some effort. We don’t really do any big advertising; people usually find us just by being in the neighborhood. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, but we’re used to them by now. We spend our hours checking manifests and talking to drivers. It's a lot of back-and-forth communication. Being in Bowbazar means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a loud, lively place to work. We just try to stay organized among all the crates and boxes. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on. We don’t have any big corporate goals, just the daily task of managing cargo. That’s the reality of life here at 11 Robert Street. We’ve been here a long time and plan to stay for as long as people need cargo moved. It's a simple life, but it keeps us very busy from morning until evening.
