Food Station Restaurant

Our restaurant is tucked away at 52/1/1A in the Tiretta Bazar area, right where College Street and Chittaranjan Avenue meet. It’s a very old part of the city, and the streets around us are always full of people and vendors. We call ourselves Food Station Restaurant. The building we are in has been around for a long time, so it has that old-fashioned feel that you can't really fake. We haven't changed much over the years. We still use the same kind of tables and the same way of doing things. It’s not a polished or corporate place by any means. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit or the ceiling looks a little worn, but that’s just the character of the neighborhood. We get a mix of office workers and locals who have been living here for decades. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, prep the ingredients, and start serving. The noise from Chittaranjan Avenue usually leaks inside, but nobody seems to mind. It’s just a part of the atmosphere here. We aren't trying to be the most popular spot in town, we just want to keep doing what we’ve been doing. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Tiretta Bazar. We’re just here every day, making food and talking to whoever walks through the door.
