We run Food & Beverage Services out of Rama Appartment, unit 2B, right on Teghoria Main Road. Being in Kolkata, you know how important food is to everyone. Our setup is pretty simple. We spend a lot of our time coordinating supplies and managing the service side of things. Teghoria Main Road is always packed with traffic, which makes the logistics of moving food around a bit of a challenge sometimes. We usually start our days before the sun is even fully up, getting things ready for whatever orders are on the books. It’s a lot of cleaning, prep work, and making sure the quality is what it should be. The apartment space works for us because it’s central, even if it gets a bit tight when we’re really busy. We don’t have a big storefront where you can just walk in and eat; it’s more about the service behind the scenes. We deal with a lot of different vendors and try to keep everything organized so nothing goes to waste. It’s a tough business with long hours, and your feet usually hurt by the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the food gets where it needs to go on time. It's not fancy work, but it's what we know how to do. There is always something that needs fixing or an order that needs a last-minute change.
