Five Star Caterer

Five Star Caterer is based out of Cf 324 in Sector I of Salt Lake. We are located near the swimming pool, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of town. Salt Lake is a bit different from the rest of Kolkata because it’s laid out in blocks, and Sector I is one of the older, established parts. Our office and kitchen are right here in the 700064 area. We don't have a big storefront because most of our work happens at other people's houses or event halls. We spend our days planning out menus and getting the ingredients ready for whatever party or gathering we have next. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the stoves and the plates all get to the right place at the right time. Being near the swimming pool means it’s relatively easy for people to find us if they want to talk about an event. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, residential streets with a lot of trees. We’ve been doing this for a good number of years now, so we have a routine down. It’s not a glamorous job, especially when you’re cleaning up after a big wedding in the middle of the night, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure there’s plenty for everyone who is eating. It’s just a local catering business run by people who live here.
