Evergreen Caterer

Evergreen Caterer is situated at 81 Chandi Ghosh Road. We have been at this address for a long time, and the building itself has a lot of history for us. It is where we do all our planning and a lot of the heavy prep work. Chandi Ghosh Road is a familiar street for most people in this part of the city. Our kitchen is usually the loudest place in the building. We have a team of cooks who have been with us for years, and they know exactly how we like things done. We do not follow any corporate manuals or anything like that. We just rely on experience and a bit of common sense. The smells of spices and wood fire often fill the air around our place. We handle a lot of local celebrations and we have seen kids grow up and then hire us for their own weddings. That is the kind of relationship we have with the people here. We do not do a lot of fancy promotion or advertising. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here on Chandi Ghosh Road. It is a demanding job and we are often tired at the end of the day, but there is a sense of satisfaction in it. We just keep things simple and focus on the daily tasks at hand without making a big fuss about everything.
