You can find Durga Caterer at P21 in Bansdroni Park. We are very close to the local ration shop, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us for the first time. Bansdroni is a crowded area but it feels like home to us. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. Our team is small, mostly just family and a few helpers from the neighborhood. We handle all sorts of gatherings, from small house parties to bigger things when they come up. The kitchen is always the center of everything we do. It gets really hot in there during the summer months but we are used to it by now. We do not have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you call, you will probably just talk to one of us who is actually doing the cooking. We like to keep things straightforward and practical. Most of our day is spent prepping food or talking to suppliers about what is available at the market. We do not really follow a strict script when we talk to people. We just tell them what we can do and what we can't. The area around the ration shop is always bustling, so there is never a dull moment outside our door.
