Duate Caterer

Duate Caterer is based out of Purba Putiary. It is a residential kind of area, which gives the place a very local and grounded feel. We don't have a specific house number in the address, but everyone around here knows where we are located. Our workspace is pretty simple and mostly consists of a large kitchen area where we do all our cooking. We don't have a storefront for people to walk into, as we mostly deal with orders that we deliver. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the main city, which we actually prefer. We spend our mornings getting the burners going and prepping the ingredients that come in from the market. It is a lot of manual labor, lifting heavy sacks and stirring big vats of food. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just rely on the fact that we have been in Purba Putiary for a while and people know our work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a stove breaking down or a delivery being delayed by traffic, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a humble operation and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a group of people who know how to cook for a crowd and we do it from this corner of town.
