Dream Caterers

We've been at 12/2 on C N Roy Rd for a good while now. It’s right near Picnic Garden and the Dilip Ground area in Tiljala. People usually find us easily because of those landmarks. Most days start pretty early here at Dream Caterers. There’s a lot of chopping and prep work that goes into the big pots every morning. It’s a busy spot, especially when we have big orders coming in for events around the 700039 area. The kitchen gets hot and loud, but that’s just how it is when you’re making food for a crowd. We handle the cooking and the setup ourselves. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we’re loading the vans, but we get the job done. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the Tiljala neighborhood over the years. The Dilip Ground gets quite busy during certain seasons, and that usually means more work for us too. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure there is enough for everyone who's eating. It’s mostly just a bunch of us working hard behind the scenes. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the workspace here near the garden. If you walk past, you’ll probably smell whatever is cooking that day. We stay pretty busy with the local community. It’s just how we make a living here. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up and cook.
