Our office is located at Chandan Niketan on Shakespeare Sarani, specifically on the third floor in room 302. This is in the Circus Avenue area, which is a pretty well-known part of Kolkata. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses, but we’ve carved out our own space here. We handle cargoways, which means we’re always looking at schedules and trying to figure out the best way to move freight. The office itself is quite functional. We have stacks of files and maps and computers that are always running. We aren't the type to have a polished corporate image. We’re just regular people who know a lot about shipping and logistics. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we end up waiting around with the other tenants, which is a good time to catch up on the local news or grab a quick tea. We deal with a lot of different types of cargo, and each one has its own set of problems to solve. We don’t claim to be perfect, but we do our best to stay on top of everything. The traffic on Shakespeare Sarani can be quite something, especially in the afternoons, but being centrally located helps us stay connected to everything. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep our clients informed about where their stuff is. It’s a solid, honest way to make a living and we've been at it for years.
