Sr Creations

Out here in Parbatipur, things move a bit differently than they do in the city center. Sr Creations is based in the village, right within the Domjur area of Howrah district. It’s a quiet place for the most part, though the mornings can get lively when everyone is starting their day. We’ve got our workspace set up here and it serves us well for what we do. Being away from the main hub means we have to be a bit more organized with our supplies and how we handle things, but we like the pace here. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most of us living nearby means we don't have to deal with long commutes, which is a relief. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood throughout the day, like children playing or the occasional tractor going by on the road. We spend a lot of time checking over what we’ve made to ensure it’s right before it leaves the village. It’s hard work and your back starts to ache after a few hours of sitting, but that’s just part of the job. We have our tea breaks together and talk about whatever is happening locally. It’s a small operation, really, just a group of people making things in a place we know well. We just keep our heads down and work.
