Didi Bhai Caterer

Didi Bhai Caterer is based at 37, Northern Avenue, right in the Ghughudanga neighborhood. We have been a part of this community for quite a while now. The place we work from is basically just a large kitchen and a storage area for all our catering gear. It is a family-run operation, and you can usually tell that by the way we talk to each other and our customers. We don't have a corporate office or a sales team. When someone needs food for a party, they just come by the house or give us a call. We do a lot of the cooking ourselves, and we have a few helpers who have been with us forever. Northern Avenue is always busy, so there is a lot of noise from the street, but we don't mind it. Our kitchen is always full of activity, especially during the festive months when everyone is having a celebration. We don't have a glossy menu with photos. We just rely on the fact that people know our name and like what we do. It is a lot of hard work, especially the cleaning up after a long day of cooking. We get our ingredients from the local shops because we like to support the people around us. It’s a simple life, and we are happy to be doing what we do here in Ghughudanga at number 37.
