Delicious Cuisine

Our kitchen, Delicious Cuisine, is over at 85, Jyotish Roy Road. If you are looking for us, we are right by Hindustan Sweets in New Alipur. That sweet shop is a big landmark, so it makes it easy for people to find our door. We’ve been at this location for years. The space is a bit tight because we have packed it with stoves, refrigerators, and big worktables. It’s not a place where you would come to sit down and have a meal. It is more of a workshop for food. We spend our days prepping for the various parties and events we have on the calendar. New Alipur is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We don't have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most of the people who use our services have been doing so for a long time. They know we are just a small team of cooks who take the work seriously. We buy our spices in bulk and the smell of them fills the whole building by mid-morning. It can get pretty stressful when we have several big orders going out at the same time, but we just put our heads down and get it done. We don’t have a website or a social media manager. We just rely on the fact that we have been here a long time and people know where to find us when they need a good meal.
