Delicious Caterer

Delicious Caterer is located at 34, Satyen Roy Rd. It is a pretty normal street, not too loud most of the time, which we like. We have been using this space for our catering business for a long time. It is basically just a big kitchen and a small area where we keep the delivery containers and the utensils. We don't have a big staff of waiters or anything like that. It is mostly a handful of us who know how to cook the traditional dishes people in this area want for their celebrations. The walls are a bit stained from the steam and the cooking, but that’s just a sign of how much work goes on here. We don't have a marketing person to write fancy things about us. If you want to know what we do, you usually just ask one of the neighbors or come by and see the pots on the stove. We do a lot of rice dishes and traditional curries. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked when we are trying to load the truck for a big party, but everyone around here is patient with us. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool and we usually don't finish until late at night. It is a lot of standing on your feet and lifting heavy things. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to keep things running here on Satyen Roy Road.
