Our place is situated in Bapuji Nagar, specifically at A/7. It’s a quiet enough corner compared to some other parts of the city, but we stay busy enough. We mostly handle the food for local gatherings and small events. The kitchen is where everything happens. It’s not a massive industrial space, just a regular setup where we chop vegetables and prepare the spices every morning. The smell of frying onions and garlic usually fills the air by ten o’clock. We don’t really do much advertising; people mostly find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward business. We get the orders, buy the ingredients from the local market, and get to cooking. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have two orders on the same day, and the floor gets a bit slippery or the heat from the burners gets intense. But we’ve lived in this area for a long time, so we know how to manage. We take pride in just being a local catering service that people can rely on without any fuss. There are no fancy uniforms here, just us in our aprons doing the work. It’s a lot of washing dishes and cleaning up after everything is done, but that’s just how the catering business goes for a small shop like ours.
