Dawat Catering & Services

We operate out of Cb 5 in Sector 1, Salt Lake City. It's a decent spot, tucked away a bit from the main madness of the city but still busy enough. Dawat Catering & Services isn't a massive operation with hundreds of trucks. It’s just us and a few helpers we've known for years. We spend most of our mornings getting the vegetables sorted and the spices ground up. The kitchen gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we're used to it by now. Most of our work involves taking food to different offices or small parties around Salt Lake. We don't have a big fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk to people on the phone or they drop by the back door here at Cb 5. Sometimes we take on too many orders and everyone has to work extra hours to get it finished. It gets stressful when there’s a big event, but we manage somehow. We aren't trying to be the biggest catering name in Kolkata or anything. We just want to make sure the food we send out tastes okay and arrives before people get too hungry. The van we use is a bit old and makes a lot of noise, but it gets the job done. If you live in Sector 1, you've probably seen us loading up boxes in the alleyway. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
