We don't spend money on fancy decor or marketing experts. Instead, we just focus on the machines and the materials we have in front of us. Some days the elevators in Balaji Tower are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. We deal with suppliers and customers face-to-face mostly. It feels more honest that way. Our space might be a bit cramped with all the fabric rolls and finished stock, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate.
