We've been here at 2/1E, Miajan Ostagar Lane for quite a while now. Most people know the spot, even if the lane is a bit narrow. Leather is what we do. It's dusty work sometimes and the smell of the hides is just part of the day. We get in early, check the stock, and get to work on whatever orders came in. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. Just a solid place where we handle the leather. Some days are busier than others when a big shipment arrives. My father worked in this trade too. You learn how to tell the quality just by the feel of the grain after a few years. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the time is spent out back or talking to the suppliers who drop by. It’s a bit cramped inside because we keep so much material on hand, but we know where everything is. It's just a regular business making sure the leather gets where it needs to go. We've seen the neighborhood change, but we stay right here. It's a living, and it's what we know best. We don't have a big marketing team, just us doing the work every day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the delivery trucks come by, but we make it work.
