Our spot is at 196/2, Rashbehari Avenue. It's a very busy part of town, so there's always a lot of energy and noise around the shop. We've been here for a while, providing catering for all sorts of gatherings in the area. The space inside is mostly dedicated to the kitchen and where we store our serving sets and linens. It gets pretty hot in the back during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We don't have a big fancy sign or a polished storefront. People usually find us because they've eaten our food at a club event or a private party nearby. We are just a small group of people who know how to cook for large crowds without making a mess of things. Sometimes we're up late packing boxes or very early in the morning getting the stoves lit. Rashbehari Avenue is always crowded, which makes deliveries a bit of a challenge, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We don't use any corporate talk or have a list of missions we try to follow. We just make sure there's enough food and that it tastes like it's supposed to. It's honest work and it keeps us busy year-round. We just focus on the orders we have today and try to stay as organized as possible for tomorrow. It’s a simple way to run a business.
