We are tucked away at 1/2, Lord Sinha Road, right in the Midleton Row area. It’s a very busy part of the city, and being here means we’re always on the move. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it's where all the prep work happens before we head out to different venues. We focus on the food side of things, mostly. You’ll usually find someone in the back chopping vegetables or checking the dry storage for rice and spices. It isn't a glamorous setup, just a working kitchen with plenty of stainless steel and big gas burners. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. If you walk in, you're likely to run into someone carrying a crate of supplies or a stack of plates. The street outside can be quite tight for parking, so we’ve gotten really good at quick loading and unloading our vans. We deal with all sorts of orders, from small office lunches to bigger family dinners. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don't use any fancy titles or have big corporate meetings. We just look at the calendar, see what's needed for the day, and get to work. It’s a bit loud and hectic during the lunch rush, but that’s just the nature of this kind of business in this neighborhood. We just keep moving.
