We are located at 10b on the second floor right on Chandni Chowk Street. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets every single day. It is a constant stream of people and rickshaws and carts. We do international work from this small spot. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the noise, but you can still hear everything from the street. The stairs are quite steep and narrow. We have had this office for quite a while now. It is mostly just a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets. We handle the paperwork for goods that are going abroad. Chandni Chowk has its own way of working. It is fast and messy and loud. We do not have a big team here. Just a few of us. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs. The floor is a bit uneven in the corner. We know most of the other shopkeepers on this street. It is a crowded place to work but it is where everything happens. We get a lot of mail. Sorting through it takes up half the morning sometimes. It is a straightforward business. We do not try to be something we are not. We just make sure the international side of the business stays on track. It is enough to keep us busy.
