You can find us right near the Telephone Exchange on Goria Srinagar Main Road. Being in the Panchsayer area means we see a lot of traffic passing by our front door every single day. We've got our kitchen set up at H/4, and it’s usually pretty busy in there starting at five in the morning. Some days the smell of spices is everywhere, which the neighbors don't always like, but that's part of the business. We aren't a giant company with a marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a few helpers who have been working with us for years. We handle the cooking for parties, office lunches, and whatever else people need. The kitchen isn't huge, but we make it work by staying organized with our pots and burners. Sometimes the phone rings all day long, and other times it's quiet enough for us to actually sit down and have a cup of tea. The main road can be a real headache when we’re trying to park the delivery van, especially during the evening rush. We just try to get the food where it needs to go without too much trouble. It's hard work, standing on your feet for ten hours, but we're used to it. We keep our supplies tucked in the back and just keep the orders moving along. People stop by because they know where we are and what we do.
